Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SportzGenesis Arena ("the Service"), operated by NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC, Dubai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SportzGenesis Arena is a free-to-play sports prediction game where users predict the scores of FIFA World Cup 2026 matches, earn points based on accuracy, and compete on leaderboards and in private leagues.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must have a valid Google account to sign in
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. User conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to make predictions
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Predictions and scoring

• Predictions can be submitted or changed any time before kickoff
• Once a match begins, predictions are locked
• Points are calculated automatically when results are entered
• Scoring is based on the 90-minute result only — extra time and penalties do not count
• In case of disputes, the decision of the administrators is final

6. Private leagues

• Users may create private leagues and invite others using an invite code
• League creators are responsible for the conduct within their leagues
• We reserve the right to remove leagues that violate these terms
• League rankings use the same global scoring system

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding of SportzGenesis Arena is the property of NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC. FIFA, FIFA World Cup, and related marks are trademarks of FIFA. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA. This is an unofficial fan-made prediction game.

8. Premium features

Certain optional premium features may be offered for a subscription fee. Premium subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. We reserve the right to modify premium features and pricing at any time.

9. Advertisements and affiliates

The Service may display advertisements and contain affiliate links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Match data and schedules are for entertainment purposes and may contain inaccuracies.

11. Limitation of liability

NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
